All property prices  are including breakfast, VAT excl. duties.

When traveling with a private  We also charge a tourism fee

from € 2.00 per person and night.

Breakfast. (€ 14.50 per person/ night)
We offer breakfast Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., and

Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.  

A booking without breakfast is not possible.  

Our room prices depend on the season, occupancy, equipment and size.

Payment:
If you have entered all of your credit card details, we will charge your credit card on the day of arrival.
 

We accept the following credit card providers:

• VISA  

• Eurocard/Mastercard  

• EC Cash  

• maestro

We will send the invoice for your stay to the address given after departure.

Arrival is possible from 3:00 p.m.  

You can check in independently with your personal access code.

Departure by 11:00 a.m.

Our rooms are non-smoking rooms.

In the event of an infringement, € 150 cleaning costs will be charged!

Room service / cleaning:
For longer stays, our rooms are cleaned once a week. 
If you would like an additional change of towels or cleaning of your room, please let us know so that we can arrange this.

group bookings

For bookings of 4 or more rooms (group):

- A deposit of 30% of the booked services must be paid up to 42 days before arrival. The balance is settled upon arrival.

Please note the separate group cancellation conditions.

We expect the final list of names of the participants in the respective group no later than 7 days before arrival.

Cancellation:

Cancellation and cancellation costs are based on the guidelines of the corresponding booking origin and selected rate (booking.com, expedia etc.)

If you have booked a room via a booking portal such as HRS, Booking, Expedia, Airbnb, Hotel.de, Hotelspecials, Kurzurlaub.de etc., you must cancel your hotel room again via the respective portal . In this case, we cannot accept cancellations by email or telephone for the room.

The following guidelines apply to direct bookings via Liegen-schaft.de / Schuhmacherei-guesthouse.de or cornel-s.de.

After the withdrawal, which is possible at any time, the traveler is generally obliged to pay the following compensation: 

Free cancellation up to 4 hours after booking.

Processing fee cancellation: € 15

- From the 14th day before arrival: 50% of the total price

- from the 7th day before arrival: 100% of the total price

For group bookings of 4 or more rooms:

Free cancellation up to 6 weeks before arrival (until 6 p.m. - local time Oestrich-Winkel)

- from the 42nd day before arrival: 30% of the total price

- from the 21st day before arrival: 50% of the total price

- from the 7th day before arrival: 100% of the total price 

Processing fee cancellation: € 15

All cancellations must be in writing and must be confirmed by the hotel.
